While offering a quiet and friendly small-town atmosphere, you can acess one of the nearby interstate highways (I-75, I-69, M-15 or I-475) that interconnect and in less than an hour be in any of four major metropolitan cities (Flint, Saginaw, Detroit or Lansing). Take advantage of the many cultural activities, educational institutions (U of M Flint, Mott Community College, Kettering University and Baker College), and other points of interest available here.

Abernathy Regional Park is a 138-acre park located in the city of Davison connected to the Township by our new non-motorized trails, which is part of the Regional Trails and Greenways for Genesee County.  In addition to this park, camping, fishing, hunting and beaches abound-all within a ten or fifteen minute drive. You can take a trip back in time at Crossroads Historical Village, enjoy the Back to the Bricks Car Cruise Weekend in downtown Flint, test your stamina in the nationally-recognized Bobby Crim Road Race and much, much more.
