Matthew Karr has been serving on the Davison Township Board of Trustees since his election in 2000.  He has resided in the area all of his life, graduating from Davison Community Schools.  He and his wife, Rachel, have two children, daughter, Madelin and son, Evan. 

Matthew is a local attorney, practicing law with his father from their office located in Davison Township.  He graduated from Central Michigan University with a BA in 1991 and Detroit College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1995.  He has served on the Planning Commission, the Personnel Committee and is currently a member of the Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission and Davison Kiwanis Club.

Tim Elkins has served on the Davison Township Board as a trustee since his election in 2004.  He and his wife, Connie, own the Elkins Agency, Inc. located in Davison Township.  They have two children, son, Andrew and daughter, Alison.  He graduated from Kimball High School and Oakland Community College.   

Tim is Co-Chair of Davison Youth Safety Committee (Bike Helmet Program in Davison Community Schools), Co-Founder of the Davison Community Fund, began and coaches Davison Middle School Boys and Girls Soccer Programs, implemented and schedules a county-wide Middle School Soccer League.  He serves on the Davison- Richfield Fire Authority Board, is the current President of Davison Kiwanis Club and  a member of Davison Chamber of Commerce.
