The Davison Township Police Department requires that any party requesting a copy of a police report, must be directly involved in order to obtain a copy.  If you are not involved, but are interested in obtaining a copy of the police report, you must submit a Freedom of Information Act request form.  Click on  FOIA to print a copy of the form.  We have 5 days to respond to the request once it has been received in our office.
