Chief Hrinik came to Davison Township in 1993 from the Buena Vista Township Police Department.  He graduated from Saginaw Valley State College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Degree then earned  his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Administration Degree in 1998 from Saginaw Valley State University.  The Chief completed the School of Police Staff and Command in 1988, the FBI National Academy, Session 212 in 2003 and was elected President of the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police in 2009.  He is married, has three children and six grandchildren.

Deputy Chief Freeman has been employed with Davison Township since 1996 and earned his Bachelor of Public Safety Leadership Degree from Baker College. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University Staff and Command School in 2000 and the FBI National Academy in 2009.  He is a member of the Davison Kiwanis and Davison Eagles.  He is married with two children.
